About Us

Water's Edge Property Management and Maintenance is owned and operated by Orrin and Amber Parker. The company has been in business since 2010 in the Mid-Coast area; but has years of experience in property management and Customer Service. We currently offer services specializing in year round rentals and seasonal/weekly rentals. We hope to have our business grow and broaden as the years continue

with the help of our clients and tenants!

Orrin, an avid hunter, was born and raised in Warren, Maine.

He works as the Director of Public Works in a near by town

performing multiple tasks to keep the roads and highways

in tip top shape and safe for the hundreds of travelers each

day. Fresh out of high school, he spent many years driving

over the road in tractor trailer trucks going all over the

country. Prior to his current position with the Town of

Union, he also worked as a Public Works Director for the

Town of Warren, and a Water Treatment Technician for 21+

years serving people in their homes to help improve their water. Orrin's prior experiences have guided him to excel in this business with his wife. Along with being a handy man, Orrin is also a great resource for information on local surroundings and sites in the area. We also now own our business Bad H20 Water Treatment and are providing to Customers all over the Mid-Coast area.

Amber grew up in Rockland, Maine. With over 18 years of Customer Service experience, she also provides some experience in accounting and bookkeeping. She worked up until 2004 for MBNA as an Executive Administrative Assistant,

answering a multitude of phone calls and providing Customer

Service on a daily basis to Customers. In her earlier years with

MBNA she maintained vendor contracts and insurance policies and

also worked at the Reception Center in Northport guiding internal

and external employees to lodging for personal and business use.

She finally finished with the company as an assistant to assist with

Telesale sites in Orono, Presque Isle, Farmington, Portland, Dover,

and Fort Kent. She also worked for a local mobile/modular home

company providing Customer Service to Customers with the

purchase of their new homes. And has 15+ years in the property

management business.

Both Orrin and Amber have lived in and served in the Mid-Coast area their whole lives. They work together, along with their side kicks, Sadie, Bailey & Maple, the family's golden retrievers, as a team throughout all aspects of the business. They have owned a house, and lived together in Warren for 21 years. When not attending to business they enjoy hunting and fishing and spending time with their children, Tasha and Lance and granddaughter, Melina. They spend what winter days they have free, ice fishing near their home enjoying the nature of the outdoors catching and releasing fish and snowmobiling. While they manage properties and work all day, they enjoy going home to their peaceful lives with their family and friends in the evenings!
